aktive Molche

Hallo Forum,

da ja hier viele verschiedene Molcharten gehalten werden, würde mich interessieren, welche Art am (Tag-)aktivsten ist und welche eher träge wirkt.

Hallo Johannes,

also von meinen Tieren sind die Tigersalamander, die Rippenmolche und auch die Kammolche am tagaktivsten. Eher träge und hauptsächlich nachtaktiv sind die Eschscholtz-Salamander und die Feuersalamander, wobei letztere auch gelegentlich am Tage zu sehen sind. Generell liegt aber die Hauptaktivitätszeit von Schwanzlurchen in der Nacht. Man kann aber durch eine sehr spärliche Beleuchtung erreichen, daß sich auch lichtscheue Tiere am Tage zeigen, Nachteil ist dabei natürlich, daß kein Pflanzenwachstum möglich ist.

Molche, die aquatil leben und balzen, sind alle sehr aktiv am Tage. Juvenile leben eher versteckt und sind meist nachtaktiv.
