- ich hab es aber mal in das Cynops-Unterforum verschoben, da kommt vielleicht eher eine Antwort...

Ja, das ist normal, solche Zotteln finden sich normalerweise an den Kloaken von den Männchen, wenn sie in voller Brunftstimmung sind.
